School District Annual Budget:

• Beginning for the 2021-22 school year and as part of the district's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP), the district will release a summary document of the district financial plans for the upcoming school year within 30 days of the approved budget for each school year.  For the 2023-24 school year the document can be found by clicking here.
• As part of the 2021-26 CSIP, the district will offer an annual townhall meeting to allow the public the opportunity to learn about school finance. For 2023-24 the date is forthcoming.

Financial Records of the District:

• Per State Statute, Sherwood Cass R-VIII School District makes financial reports available at least quarterly for public viewing. This includes revenues, expenditures, and the district balance sheet. These can be found through the Google Drive Folder by Clicking Here
  • Note that the end of each quarter will not be available until the following month's Board meeting. As such, each quarter will be available:
    • 1st Quarter - October
    • 2nd Quarter - January
    • 3rd Quarter - April
    • 4th Quarter July
